  1. Please join us for Evening Prayer during the Advent Season on Sundays at 4pm in the Church.

  1. The Social Justice committee is preparing a video for our sister parish in Tamanique, El Salvador!  The video is intended to simply say “greetings from the folks at Assumption” and is to be presented to the Tamanique parish when our Assumption delegation visits there in January.  Anyone who would like to make a short “hello and best wishes” presentation can do so on Saturday, Dec 21st after 5:00 mass in the conference room.  To make the video more effective and welcoming the speaking portion will be in Tamanique’s native language – Spanish. So, if you…. Speak Spanish, or provided a Tamanique student scholarship, or went on the mission in the past, or just want to say hello stop by after mass on Saturday, Dec 21st – don’t worry, if you don’t speak Spanish we will have interpreters there to help.

  1. The decorating committee will be getting together after 10am Mass next Sunday to decorate the Church for Christmas. If you are available to help stick around after 10am Mass.  As a reminder Poinsettia orders are due this Sunday.  Submit the name of the loved one and to whom it is from and drop in the metal lock box.  Thank you!

  1. Please stop by the gathering space for a light snack and a gift from our Pastoral Council.
